holds SOC harmless from any omission committed and/or
any liability from funding in part of the lender or
any part of liability towards SOC with respect to funding,
money due, lenders search(s), attorney's fees, liens,
security interest, or encumbrance, court costs, court
reporter expenses, long distance telephone charges,
telegram costs, expenses of auditors, collectors, clerks,
and investigators, expenses for travel, lodging and
food, and expenses for repairing, altering, or supplying
goods necessary to fulfill in whole or in part any purchase
order of any account debtor from which the account involved
has arisen or any similar document in connection with
an accounts or if SOC can not place the documents/information
and get accounts receivable or purchase order financing
with any licensed lender. All approvals come from a
State authorized factoring company, home lender or commercial
business banker, which will grant all approvals. SOC
is not authorized and will not guarantee or give approval
nor authorize any loans, funds or lines of credits,
Accounts Receivable, SBA, Home loans, PO Financing,
commercial lending, trade finance, business insurance
or home, life or auto insurance. Except as otherwise
defined in this Agreement or the Other Agreements, all
terms of this Agreement and the Other Agreements shall
have the meanings provided by the Uniform Commercial
Code. Client grants the right to file the UCC-1 with
the Secretary of State and/or local County(s) to secure
its right, Client grants the right to add attachments
to the UCC-1 or change, update, and/or amend it's recorders
with the state without notice to the Client. Client
must sign a PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT before
SOC proceed with any searching for lenders.
Again SOC or any of its employees are not lenders nor
do we represent to be a lender. SOC will only arrange,
negotiate or place Applicant's documentation and/or
information with a Licensed lender, or government grant
program, which will determine Applicant's status.
Source One Capital and its Employees
or it's suppliers further do not warrant the accuracy
or completeness of the information, text, graphics,
links or other items contained within these materials.
Source One Capital may make changes to
these materials, or to the products described therein,
at any time without notice. Source One Capital makes no commitment to update the Materials.
USER SUBMISSIONS: Any material, information
or other communication you transmit or post to this
